Meanwhile, the crying was their baby who had just had enough of the noise.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Story 3: The Dresser of Broken Dreams<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>One thing many sets of instructions do is leave important notes out. \u00a0Take the example that the commenter &#8220;deedee914&#8221; on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apartmenttherapy.com\/whats-your-worst-furniture-ass-91779\" target=\"_blank\">this post<\/a>. \u00a0She was working to build a new dresser according to the instructions that came from IKEA, but they left out the fact that the dresser\u00a0<em>tends to fall over easily<\/em>, leading to a broken hand for deedee914. \u00a0The website did mention this little tidbit of information, but you would hope you would not have to go searching for that kind of information.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Don&#8217;t Make the Same Mistake for Your Building Materials\u00a0Installation Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>So, as building product and building materials marketers, we are not selling furniture or barbie houses, \u00a0the stakes are far higher for us. \u00a0 Poorly presented installation instructions will result in more than frustration and lost sales. \u00a0If our products are not installed correctly, buildings will fail and lawsuits will follow.<\/p>\n<p>I hope you enjoyed these fun stories and I hope you find beauty today, even when it&#8217;s not pretty.<\/p>\n<p>Regards,<\/p>\n<p>-JY<\/p>\n<p>About the Author :<\/p>\n<p>Jason Yana has 2 decades of experience in architectural technology, 3d graphics and construction marketing.
